A LITTLE ABOUT DENNIS

Dennis Franczak started his DJ career back in 1989 as a DJ at his college’s radio station. While there, he had a weekly Dance Music show and also did play-by-play for the sports programs. He founded a DJ company and performed at a number of Western New York venues and private events. Currently, Dennis continues to DJ at venues, private events, and is a strategic consultant for the 617 Event Group leading their growth initiatives. Most recently, in 2024 he founded DJs For A Cause, which is a collaboration of DJs and organizations who seek to make a philanthropic impact through music.

Aside from his work as a DJ, Dennis is a very successful businessman and entrepreneur, having been a CEO for over 20 years and starting multiple companies. A former Air Force officer, he serves as the Executive Chairman of Fuseideas, a top advertising and marketing agency that he founded in 2006.

As founder of Bright Matter Advisors, Dennis now works with executives to re-energize themselves, live with purpose, lead with impact, and lay the groundwork for a legacy. He is also the founder of Bright Matter Sports & Entertainment, which owns and operates youth sports clubs and also operates live venues for entertainment purposes.

Dennis' professional career started when he became an office in the US Air Force. He then went onto a founding tech and marketing startup and in 2006 started an integrated full-service advertising agency called Fuseideas, which he still owns today.

Through his work across his companies, Dennis helps empower leaders to create meaningful change within themselves and their organizations through personal growth and reinvention, as well as business transformation or transition. He has extensive experience driving valuation for mergers and acquisitions and is a leading voice in brand and marketing strategy across various industries, having worked with notable clients like Bose, Timberland, Adidas, ESPN, HBO, and the Walt Disney Company, Miami and Beaches Tourism Authority just to name a few.
